What should I do before first use?
Remove all packaging, wash the basket and reservoir in warm water and dry them. After transport, let the machine stand upright for a while before plugging it in so the compressor oil can settle. See the manual for the exact time.
Why are the first batches small or uneven?
The system is still cooling down, so the first few cycles usually make smaller ice. It settles after the machine has run for a while.
What water should I use?
Use clean drinking water. Filtered water reduces scale and makes clearer ice. Never add drinks, milk or other liquids.
How is clear mode different from regular mode?
Clear mode grows the ice more slowly and densely, with fewer bubbles. Regular mode is faster for everyday volume. The YH515 and YH22 support both.
How often should I clean it?
Drain and dry the reservoir weekly, and deep-clean monthly with the cleaning mode or a diluted food-safe cleaner. Follow the manual for details.
How should I store it?
Unplug, drain through the drain plug, wipe the basket and tank dry, and leave the lid open to air out before storing.
Why does the ice in the basket melt?
The basket is insulated, not frozen, so ice slowly melts and the water flows back to be made into ice again. For long storage, move the ice to a freezer.
The add-water or ice-full light is on
For add-water, fill the reservoir to the line. For ice-full, take some ice out and the machine will carry on.
Is some noise normal?
Yes. The compressor, fan and pump make some sound, and you will hear ice dropping into the basket.
Can I use it inside a cabinet?
We don’t recommend it. Countertop ice makers need airflow, so leave space at the sides and back and keep the vents clear.

How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your destination. Orders usually leave our warehouse within 2–4 business days and arrive in 5–20 business days, depending on the country. See the Shipping policy for details.
Will I pay import duties or taxes?
Prices and shipping do not include import duties, VAT or other local taxes. If your customs office charges them, they are paid by the recipient.
Which plug will my ice maker have?
We ship the plug and voltage version that matches your shipping country.
Can I return my order?
Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See the Returns policy for details.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships we email you a tracking number. Enter it on the Track order page to follow your parcel.

Online orders are limited to 20 units. For bulk, distribution or private-label orders, send us an inquiry and we will quote wholesale pricing.

Do you offer OEM/ODM?

Three short guides
First use
- Remove all packaging and tape.

- Fill with drinking water to the line, choose the ice and start.
- The first few batches may be small; that’s normal.

- Unplug and empty the reservoir through the drain.
- Wipe the basket, tank and inner walls.
- Monthly deep clean with the cleaning mode or a diluted food-safe cleaner.
- Run one cycle with clean water and discard it.
- Dry the outside and keep the vents clear.
Long-term storage
- Unplug and drain all water.
- Dry the basket, tank and tray.
- Leave the lid open until fully dry.
- Store upright in a dry, airy place.
