This policy explains where and how we ship XIMIVA ice makers bought on this website. Wholesale, distribution and OEM/ODM orders ship under the terms agreed for each order.
Where we ship
Online orders can be shipped to the countries and regions in the table below. If yours is not listed, including mainland China, please send us an inquiry and we will quote shipping separately.
Shipping rates and delivery times
Shipping is charged per order: one rate for the first unit and a lower rate for each additional unit. The exact amount is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times are estimates in business days after dispatch. They can be longer around holidays, in bad weather or during customs inspections.
Processing time
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 2–4 business days after payment. When your order ships we email you the tracking number, which you can follow on the Track order page.
Plugs and voltage
We ship the plug and voltage version that matches your shipping country. Please use the ice maker in the country it was shipped to.
Customs, duties and taxes
Our prices and shipping fees do not include import duties, VAT/GST or other local charges. If your country charges them, they are paid by the recipient, usually to the courier before delivery. If a parcel is refused because these charges are not paid, the original shipping fee and any return charges are deducted from the refund.
Address and delivery
- Please check your address and phone number at checkout. Couriers use the phone number to arrange delivery.
- We can change the address only before the order ships. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
- Some couriers cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, so please use a street address.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your ice maker arrives damaged, take photos of the box and the product and contact us within 7 days of delivery. If tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you do not have it, contact us within 7 days and we will open an investigation with the courier.
