30-day returns
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, clean and in its original packaging, with all accessories, the manual and the power cord.
How to return an item
- Contact us with your order number and the item you want to return.
- We reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.
- Pack the item securely in its original box and send it with a tracked service.
Refunds
- When we have received and checked the item, we refund the item price to your original payment method through PayPal, usually within 5–10 business days.
- Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or not as ordered.
- The original shipping fee and any import duties or taxes are not refunded by us. You may be able to reclaim duties from your customs authority.
- Items returned used, damaged or incomplete may receive a partial refund.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your ice maker arrives damaged, does not work or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a short video. We will arrange a replacement, a repair or a full refund including shipping, at no cost to you.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel for a full refund at any time before your order ships. After it has shipped, the returns process above applies.
Warranty
Our warranty terms will be published soon. This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
